What's the split?
Cayer is planning on bringing out all (12) the jurors to determine the split. And, see if there has been a change in that since Monday. Cayer then plans to give some type of instructions. I will be back as soon as I know the split.

When the jury comes out will we be told the outcome of the split?
This situation makes me think of a classic movie "Twelve Angry Men"-- in which a jury of twelve is deadlocked , one juror admits that he doesn't know in his mind whether the defendant is guilty or not. He and the other jurors examine all the evidence, and do their own examination of the facts.
