Jerry posted bond

Jerry Anderson is out of jail. He had the biggest smile on his face. He walked out with his attorneys. He had two of his friends, Mike and Patty Ramsey, give him a hug and escort him back to Caldwell County. I was told a gathering is planned with family and friends, and he really wants to see his son, Matthew, who Jerry has only seen once (in court earlier this month) since his arrest in January 2006. Jerry didn't say anything to the hoards of media walking him out the jail. Lisa Dubs told us that was at the defense's request. Since charges are still pending, she doesn't want anything Jerry says to get twisted. No word from the district attorney's office yet if the charge will be further pursued.
